Each license includes daily analysis limits. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next day.
You agree NOT to:
Commission Structure: Earn 10% commission on all referred user purchases. Tier-based bonuses apply: Bronze (12%), Silver (15%), and Gold (20%) based on active paying referrals.
Withdrawal Requirements: Minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD. Withdrawals are processed via PayPal within 7-14 business days after approval.
Prohibited Activities: Creating fake accounts, using misleading marketing, or engaging in fraudulent referrals will result in account termination and commission forfeiture.
Welcome Back Re-Referral (30-Day Rule): If a previously subscribed user's license has been expired or inactive for more than 30 days, their account becomes eligible to be re-referred by a new referrer. The original referral link is automatically invalidated, and the new referrer (entered during the new purchase) will receive the commission for that transaction. Staff members earn a fixed 5% commission on Welcome Back referrals; standard referrers earn according to the normal tier system (10%–20%).
All content, features, and functionality of PeculiarFX AI Trader, including AI algorithms, design, graphics, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the trading charts you upload, but grant us a license to process and analyze them for service delivery and improvement purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeculiarFX AI Trader from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
